The sky over Casa Perdiu is one of the loveliest in the world

As acknowledged by the Starlight Foundation, which in 2013 granted Montsec Starlight Tourist Destination status, the first step towards being recognised as a Starlight Reserve.

There is remarkably little light pollution in the sky over Montsec, meaning it offers the chance to enjoy some fantastically clear nights.
